For families
Coaching that doesn't end when the lesson does
Every family gets a written recap after each lesson, drills to work on at home, and a parent portal that keeps all of it in one place.
After every lesson
A written recap
What we worked on, the wins, the homework, what's next, and any arm care notes. It arrives by email and stays in your portal, so nothing gets lost on the ride home.
Between lessons
Drills to do at home
Each drill comes with reps, the days to do it, and Coach Mike's note. Tap a circle when your player finishes one, and Coach Mike sees it before the next lesson.
Always on
Arm care first
Every session covers arm care, and anything your player reports is written down and tracked. Health comes before velocity, every time.

Film review
Send four short clips from your phone and get a written breakdown: what's working, the top things to fix, and the drills to start with.
Your schedule
Lessons in one place
See upcoming lesson times and locations. If something has to move, you get an email with the new time and the calendar updates itself.
For older players
The player's own login
High schoolers can have their own login to check off drills and read their recaps, while parents keep full access to everything.

Know a kid who should be here?
When a family you send becomes a paying client, you get a $25 account credit, good toward lessons, lesson packs, memberships or a film review. No limit on how many families you send — one credit for each.
All they have to do is put your name in the “Who sent you?” box when they book.
Questions parents ask
Straight answers
- Do I need an account to book a lesson?
- No. Request a lesson or call (267) 452-2534. Coach Mike sends a portal invite after your first lesson, and using it is up to you.
- Who can see my player's information?
- Only Coach Mike and the people you have a login for. Recaps, drills and video are private to your family, and video links expire so they can't be passed around.
- What if my player is sore?
- Tell Coach Mike. Soreness is written into the recap so it's tracked over time, and the plan changes when it shows up. He is a coach, not a doctor, and will say when something needs one.
- How often should we come?
- Most families do every week or every other week, with the at-home drills doing the real work in between. Showcase or tryout prep usually means two sessions a week for a stretch.
