Build the arm before the season, not during it
Small-group work through the offseason — one session a week, six pitchers at most, and a written plan to follow at home in between. What's below is what's actually open or coming. When a group fills, it comes off this page.

October 27 – December 15 · Tuesdays, 6:00–7:00 pm
Mechanics, and cleaning up what each pitcher specifically needs. There's no season to protect right now, which is exactly why this is when you change something and build strength behind it.

January 5 – February 28 · One weeknight a week — night and time confirmed in December
Building the arm up before tryouts instead of during them. Pitch counts climb on a plan, with the conditioning to carry them.
Every camp
What comes with all of them
- Six pitchers per group, never more — everybody gets seen every week
- Film reviews, written and on video
- The full portal program: throwing, strength, shoulder care, core work, with video for every drill
- Lane fees at Hitters Chapel — included in the price, never billed on top
How holding a spot works
- Hold a spot on the camp page. Nothing is charged online.
- Mike texts you to confirm and arrange payment — Venmo or cash, no checks.
- Early-bird pricing is decided by the day you hold the spot, not the day you pay.
- Every player's parent accepts the waiver before the first session. Nobody throws without one.
- If a group doesn't fill, it still runs — in a smaller group, or one-on-one. Your spot is your spot.
